We build the operational software companies actually use — and price it at a fraction of what the incumbents charge. Flat, per-account, predictable. The only usage-based billing is for outside integrations.
Purpose-built tools for the way facilities and operations actually work — each priced flat, per account, with no surprises.
Intelligent key tracking and access management software. Know who has what, where it is, and when it moves — without the paperwork.
A modern visitor and front-desk management platform. Streamline check-ins, communications, and daily operations in one clean interface.
Parking space management and permit tracking for properties, offices, and venues. Know what's available, who's authorized, and what's expired — in real time.
Work order and maintenance request management for property managers and facility teams. Submit, assign, track, and close — from first report to final sign-off.
Flexible mapping tools that turn location data into clarity. Visualize assets, properties, and operations spatially — at any scale.
Intelligent mailroom management software that tracks incoming packages, routes deliveries, and keeps recipients informed — from receipt to pickup.
Bartending and events service software with hardware scale integrations and a dedicated kiosk mode — built for speed, accuracy, and high-volume service.
Lost and found management for hotels, venues, offices, and multi-tenant properties. Log items, match claims, and close the loop — without the sticky notes.
Mobile inspection and audit checklists for facility managers and property operators. Capture findings, assign corrective actions, and maintain a defensible record.
B2B software got expensive because the pricing got complicated. We do the opposite: one predictable number per account, with the only variable cost being the outside integrations you actually use.
You pay a predictable price per account. Pick the tier with the features you need, then bring your whole team onboard — no meter ticking up with every login.
The price on the page is the price you pay. No hidden onboarding fees, no surprise renewals, no line items you have to call to understand. Budget the year with confidence.
Incumbents pad enterprise contracts with margin you never see. We build lean and pass it straight through — the same capability for a fraction of the operational cost.
The one exception is outside integrations — third-party services that charge us per use. You pay usage only when we do, billed at cost and itemized. Nothing else is metered.
Every product ships with an affordable starter plan for small businesses just getting going, and clear tiers to grow into as you need them. Non-profit? We offer per-basis discounts — reach out and our team will sort the right fit.
GoodDog Software Labs was founded by three friends with deep experience in engineering, operations, product, and systems management.

Connor spent over a decade operating, maintaining, and designing complex physical systems — from semiconductor fabrication facilities to advanced manufacturing plants to large-scale retreat campuses. He has owned his own engineering services firm, led cross-functional teams through capital projects and facility buildouts, and consistently been the person organizations call when the stakes are high and the problems are hard. At GoodDog, Connor drives product development and software architecture, applying that operational depth to building tools that actually reflect how facilities and people work in the real world.

Chad's career sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and client-facing delivery. He has designed and sold precision industrial components, managed complex fire life safety systems for healthcare and federal clients, and now oversees construction and property projects for a commercial real estate firm. He knows how technical systems are specified, sold, installed, and maintained — and he understands how to communicate that complexity clearly to the people who depend on it. At GoodDog, Chad shapes product direction from the user's perspective, ensuring what gets built actually fits the workflows it's meant to serve.

Diego co-founded GoodDog Software Labs and leads its technology and product. By day he is a Linux and VMware administrator for the State of California, managing multi-million-dollar enterprise infrastructure across hybrid virtual environments. He brings deep expertise in virtualization, automation, and systems administration — sharpened at VMware and across California state agencies — to GoodDog's product architecture and delivery, with a particular talent for translating complex technical topics for any audience.
GoodDog Software Labs is an independent software development group based in San Diego, California. We build focused, reliable tools for industries where operational clarity matters — property management, facility operations, and field services.
We started GoodDog because we were tired of B2B cost bloat — the per-seat creep, the opaque enterprise contracts, the mandatory onboarding packages. So we cut deep: the same operational capability the incumbents sell, at a fraction of the cost, on a bottom line that's predictable and transparent. You pay flat, per account. The only usage-based billing is for the outside integrations you actually use.
GoodDog Software Labs is the parent company behind KeyDog, WelcomeDesk, MapAnything, Inbound, PourSmart, LotDog, FoundIt, SafetyHound, and TeamWork. Each operates as its own product with its own identity — but all share the same commitment to quality, utility, and honest pricing.
